Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. When you place your order your personal details are saved encrypted on our secure server, and will be deleted once the information has been downloaded. We will not disclose your details (except delivery address and phone number) to anyone else.
Delivery.
All goods are assumed in stock and ready for despatch. If not we will advise you and you will have the option of cancelling your order. We do not deliver personally but entrust a number of postal, carrier and haulage companies. Delivery dates given in good faith by us, but are beyond our control once we entrust the delivery to others. We will of course do our utmost to influence them!
Refunds and returns.
If any item is damaged or faulty when it arrives we will replace it free of charge.If the goods are returned for any reason other than being faulty, the return postage will have to be paid by you the customer, and a nominal 10% handling charge will apply. The goods must be still in the original packaging and in the same condition they were, when shipped out. Please email us first to obtain a returns code which will need to be attached to the product being returned. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund.
Variations & improvements.
Products are constantly being improved by the manufacturers. Specifications may change without notice. Photographs are not to scale. Variations from the pictures and written details could and do happen.
